Home Alone Support Services Transport program is set up to help you to travel independently or with support either by private or public transport to attend appointments, education, work, or social activities.

All our drivers are fully licened and trained.

  • Assistance with travel to and from medical appointments, study, work or running erands.

    We provide safe and reliable transport to help you get where you need to go — whether it’s a medical appointment, study, or just out and about.

  • A morning at the park and a cup of tea, a trip to the cinema or out for lunch.

    Our team can support you in getting out and about for community events, recreational activities, or visiting friends and family. (See our Social Connection program for more)

  • We provide safe and reliable transport and assistance with your grocery shopping to help make sure you have all you need.

  • We also offer support and education with using public transport, so you can travel with confidence and independence.
