  • What services does Home Alone Support Services offer?

    We offer a range of NDIS supports to help you live independently and reach your goals. Our services include personal care, household help, travel and transport, community participation, learning life skills, and support coordination. We tailor our support to meet your individual needs.

  • How do I get started with your services?

    Getting started is simple. Contact us by phone or email, and we’ll talk with you about your needs and goals. If our services are the right fit, we’ll help you create a Service Agreement and make a plan together.

  • Do I need to have NDIS funding to use your services?

    No, we can provide supports for both Private and NDIS funded participants.

    Not sure if you are eligible to NDIS funding, we can help you find out and help you to access it.

  • Can I choose what services I get and when?

    Absolutely. You are in control. We’ll work with you to create a support plan that fits your lifestyle and preferences. You can choose the services you need and when you’d like them delivered.

  • What if I need to change or stop a service?

    We understand that your needs can change. If you’d like to change your services or end your agreement, just let us know in writing — email is fine. We ask for 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee, and we’ll always work with you to make the transition easy.

  • What if I’m not happy or have a concern?

    We’re here to listen and support you. If you have a concern or feel something isn’t right, please contact us. You can also have a trusted person (like an advocate) speak on your behalf. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission for further help.
